A gentle yoga practice drawing inspiration from yin, restorative, gentle flow, meditation and breath awareness. Come prepared to release stress and connect with yourself on your mat.
For this practice you will want to have a yoga bolster, or alternative with you - a rolled up blanket or a pillow work great.
This class is accessible to all levels.
