The following return policy takes effect on 2/7/2021.

At Seamless Lingerie, we offer a 60-day return and exchange policy, you need to request a return or exchange within 60 days of shipment. Items need to be shipped out within 90 days of shipment.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition when you received it, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with paddings and tags (our bralette does not come with tags at the moment) and in its original packaging. Our inspection team will process and inspect your order. 

Unfortunately, certain types of items such as panties cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes. 

 

US Exchanges

Exchanges are free of charge. Once you get an approval from the return center, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

You can exchange your returns for either the same or different items. Any outstanding balance will be refunded as a store credit or invoiced to you after receiving the return. We will ship the new packages after your invoice is paid.

Exchanging for the same item does not incur additional payment or refund, regardless of the item’s price at the time of the request.

 

US Returns

We offer return either to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.

Return to store credit is free of charge. Once you get an approval from the return center, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

For returns by original payment method, a $7 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

International Orders

All orders outside of the USA will be considered international orders. Due to the shipping carrier’s policy, we won’t be able to issue international shipping labels at the moment. After getting approval from return center, please send back your items with your own shipping method.

  1. International exchange - We offer an additional $7 store credit as your return shipping reimbursement and will send out your exchange items once received the return package.
  2. International return to store credit - We offer an additional $7 store credit as your return shipping reimbursement and issue your full refund in store credit.
  3. International return to original payment method - We will issue your full refund to your original payment method. No additional credit for return shipping reimbursement.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to clear any duties & taxes incurred by the international return. Seamless Lingerie is not responsible for lost international returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

Damages and defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, we will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please visit Seamless Lingerie Return Center to request a replacement https://seamlesslingerie.returnlogic.com/

 

Wrong or missing items

Please contact our customer service team (happiness@seamlesslingerie.com or use contact us page) if you received the order with wrong items or missing items.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, certain types of items such as panties cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes. 

We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 

Refused return items

Items will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address of the original order if returned with signs of being worn, washed, altered, with stains/odors or without paddings and tags (our bralette does not come with tags at the moment). We do not cover the mail-back shipping cost.

If the customer did not pay for the mail-back shipping cost for the refused item(s) in 7 days, the item(s) will go to our annual donation bag. 

 

Discounts

After your return/exchange, your total will be recalculated. Discount on your order will be recalculated accordingly.

 

Refunds 

Most returns/exchanges will process in approximately 5-15 business days, depending on your method of return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the refund was approved or not. All returns must be authorized by Seamless Lingerie. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a store credit or to your original payment method. The shipping fee paid during purchase is non-refundable (Not applicable to free shipping orders).

Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We reserve the right to deny credit or charge a restocking fee if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
