Our goal is to offer the best lingerie products at an affordable price no matter where you live. It typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order depends on the season.

Once your order is processed, it takes 2-7 business days for US orders to arrive; 4-14 days for international orders to arrive.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you tabs of where your order is at all times.

We suggest contacting your local post immediately and see if the package can still be picked up and collected at the post office. If it’s no longer possible and your local post confirmed that the package is already being sent back to the sender, please notify us by

Returns and exchanges

We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy. You need to submit a return or exchange request within 60 days of shipment and the items need to be sent to our return address within 90 days of shipment. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition when you received it, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with paddings and tags (our bralette does not come with tags at the moment) and in its original packaging. Note that certain types of items such as panties cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes. Our inspection team will process and inspect your order.

Yes, we accept return or exchange of regular sale items, but not final sale items or gift cards. A final sale item will be labelled as “final sale”. 

When you return an item bought with bundle discounts (eg. $xx/xx% off when you spend $xx), your discount will get recalculated based on your new total. 

Unfortunately, panties cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes. As a company that puts customer’s health first, we can’t risk reselling panties.

Yes, we can help you add it retroactively by offering a partial refund. The discount code must be active at the time of your purchase. Only one discount code is allowed per order. Please contact our customer service about this.

The best way to take care of your lingerie products is always hand washing your underwear and bra (separate the padding) using mild detergent and cold water. Avoid overly aggressive scrubbing, tugging, and/or stretching. It would be best to hang them dry instead of putting them in a dryer. For international customers, your package may incur additional duties and taxes upon delivery. Duties and taxes depending on your country's customs laws.
